Lodha sells 300 units during lockdown

Lodha Developers, India's largest residential real estate developer,informed that it has sold about
300 units across multiple projects in Mumbai region since the start of the lockdown about 5 weeks ago.

Marking the occasion of Akshay Tritiya on 26 th April, 2020, the Group sold 80 units across its
residential portfolio with a high preference for ready to move inventories and projects with
integrated living and high quality property management.

Prashant Bindal, Chief Sales officer Lodha said, "We have been receiving constant enquiries for
properties. The Covid-19 lockdown has made us all realize that owning a home for our families is very
important. These times reiterate the importance of owning a good quality home. Lower interest rates
on home loans are also helping. There is an increased desire to own a home and buyers are ready to
transact with us because of their confidence in our delivery and quality. Ready to move in homes and
projects with integrated living are witnessing high interest. Buyers now value community living and
well managed properties more than ever before.

The company also saw good interest across its diversified commercial portfolio, with particularly
strong enquiries for industrial and logistics space. Further, the group's UK business has also done
well during the lockdown, generating new sales of about Rs. 150 cr. (£15 million+) in this period.

The company has taken a number of steps to contribute to the national fight against Covid-19
including special financial support for SME vendors and channel partners. The company has so far
served about 3.5 lakh free meals to help the jobless and needy and ensured that sufficient food was
made available to the thousands of workmen living at its sites.
