Palava can be easily accessed through Kalyan-Shil Rd. or Taloja Bypass Rd. Nilje station is closest to Palava and has 16 trains that connects to Diva (Central Line), Panvel (Harbour Line) and Vasai (Western Line)
Kalyan-Taloja Metro line has been approved with at least 3 stations in Palava. The Airoli Katai Naka Freeway (via Parsik Hill-Tunnel) is under development and will cut down the travel by 7 km or approx. 20 mins. Road widening of Kalyan-Shil Road along with a concrete-upgrade and Flyover outside Xperia junction work has already started for these projects. Road widening of Taloja Bypass Road along with a concrete-upgrade. Work to commence soon.
Palava’s Phase 1 is completely sold out with over 18,000 families staying currently in Casa Bella, Casa Bella Gold, Casa Rio and Casa Rio Gold. As of November, 2019 In Palava’s Phase 2 we have delivered 7000+ flats.
Palava has tied up with AIMS (Asian Institute of Medical Sciences) to come up with a multi-speciality hospital. This will be Palava's FIRST hospital and it is coming up in Casa Rio. It will be operational by end of 2020. Besides this, currently Palava has following healthcare services - - Healthspring clinics (in Casa Bella and Casa Rio) - ERT present 24*7 - Pharmacies in Casa Rio, Lakeshore Greens Further, within a 30-45 min radius, there are super-specialty hospitals like Apollo in Belapur, Jupiter in Thane, Fortis in Vashi, AIMs in Dombivali, Fortis in Kalyan, Wockhardt in Vashi.
