OUR KEY INITIATIVES:

LODHA UNNATI

This initiative seeks to unlock the potential of our nation’s greatest untapped asset—our women workforce—by equipping them with the skills, resources, and opportunities needed for financial independence and personal growth. Lodha Unnati is on a mission to transform India’s formal economy by driving greater female participation, grounded in the belief that empowering women and gender equality is essential not only for economic growth but also for social progress. The program partners with leading corporations to create a more inclusive and supportive workplace culture while empowering women with the tools and training they need to excel both professionally and personally, balancing careers for women with their family responsibilities.

LODHA GENIUS PROGRAMME

This fully-funded educational program, in collaboration with Ashoka University, empowers gifted children from all income backgrounds to achieve their highest potential through advanced resources, mentorship, and personalized support. Renowned academics, including Nobel laureates and professors from top global and Indian institutions, deliver guest lectures and guidance, enriching the students’ learning journey. Our vision is to cultivate a generation of Indian change makers, future leaders, and philanthropists by nurturing the nation’s brightest young minds. Through this transformative initiative, we aim to inspire these future trailblazers to not only excel but also embody a deep commitment to giving back to the nation and society.

LODHA INSTITUTE OF MATHEMATICAL SCIENCES

Rooted in India’s storied legacy of mathematical brilliance, the Lodha Institute of Mathematical Sciences strives to elevate this tradition by fostering groundbreaking innovation and analytical excellence. Dedicated to advancing high-impact, collaborative research across all areas of mathematics and its applications, the institute champions the transformative power of mathematical sciences. Guided by the belief that mathematics is pivotal not only to foundational research but also to solving the complex global challenges of the 21st century and beyond, the institute stands as a beacon of intellectual rigor and progress.

LODHA-RMI NET ZERO URBAN ACCELERATOR

Lodha is at the forefront of driving India's built environment—buildings and infrastructure—toward achieving net zero carbon and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions at the earliest opportunity. Partnering with the prestigious Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI), USA, Lodha integrates and implements world-class practices and innovations tailored for India. This collaboration has already enabled Lodha to achieve net zero emissions for Scope 1 and Scope 2 and make significant strides in reducing Scope 3 emissions. Furthermore, Lodha has transformed its operations, with nearly 99% of construction powered by renewable energy and an impressive 99% of wastewater recycled across its developments. Recognized among the top 10 sustainable real estate developers globally, Lodha sets a benchmark for environmental stewardship and innovation in the industry with the Lodha Net Zero Urban Accelerator.

JUSTICE GUMANMAL LODHA SCHOLARS PROGRAMME

Inspired by the remarkable journey of Late Chief Justice Guman Mal Lodha, who rose from humble beginnings to prominence in the judiciary and political arenas through his unwavering passion for learning, the Scholars Programme empowers exceptional Indian students to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the world’s leading institutions. While it is not mandatory, the programme encourages these bright minds to return to India after their education and contribute to the nation’s progress. Offering scholarships of up to $100,000 per year, it covers tuition and incidental expenses for deserving scholars. Launched at Harvard University, the programme envisions expanding partnerships to 10 top global institutions in the coming years, shaping a future driven by talent and purpose.

CHANDRESH LODHA MEMORIAL SCHOOLS

The Foundation provides high quality education to almost 10,000 students with a special focus on character development. Almost 50% of students are provided scholarships or charged nominal fees.

SITABEN SHAH TEMPLES

The Foundation believes that India’s rich heritage, scriptures, and traditions, are at the root of India’s strength and progress. The Foundation has opened numerous temples and supports initiatives to improve knowledge of our heritage in the younger generation.
