An educational legacy of 15 years: Lodha Foundation schools promise a premier education

The Lodha Foundation is committed to building the nation through education: pursuing educational excellence through the Lodha World Schools, Lodha Oakwood School and The Shri Ram Universal School, as well as nurturing India's brightest young minds through the Lodha Genius Programme (a fully-funded educational programme and year-round mentorship in partnership with Ashoka University).

With a vision to ensure educational excellence for India’s youth, , Lodha Foundation set up Lodha World School, Thane in 2008. The first year began with 24 eager learners - big enough to kickstart an education movement, small enough to be called a family. While the schools grew and explored unfamiliar paths over the years, they stuck to their roots - carrying along that warmth and sense of belonging unique to Lodha World School. Marking its 15-year legacy, Lodha World School today boasts of 4 campuses and 3500 + pupils. The schools are affiliated to the CISCE (ICSE & ISC), CBSE, and SSC boards and are some of the best international schools in Mumbai.

The schools are all driven by Lodha’s larger vision of contributing to India’s journey of becoming a developed economy by 2047. In line with this, the goal is to nurture learners who will not only excel academically, but also lead with competence, creativity, and a global perspective. Lodha Foundation’s schools are passionate about STEM learning and are working towards becoming a centre of STEM excellence. Some children are able to master the skills required to win an international physics olympiad or an international mathematical olympiad, while some children are interested in literature, social sciences, the arts, sports, or technology.
