Lodha operates under the guiding philosophy of ‘Do Good, Do Well’, reflecting a steadfast commitment to India’s success, while continuing to grow as a business. Every step towards growth & success for Lodha as an organisation, is a direct reflection of India’s elevation on a global platform. Through the Lodha Foundation which has been operating since 2013, our mission is to spearhead transformative programmes in the fields of education, women empowerment, sustainable urbanisation, and holistic nation-building. We prioritise impactful solutions, embrace innovation, and foster creativity so that we can champion ideas and individuals that challenge the status quo, driving meaningful change in our communities.
LODHA UNNATI
This initiative aims to empower our nation’s largest untapped resource - our women workforce - through skills, resources, and opportunities for financial independence and personal growth. Unnati is focussed on increasing female participation in India’s formal economy, driven by the belief that economic empowerment of women is both economically and socially critical. This programme works with several large-scale companies to make the corporate ecosystem conducive for female employees. Simultaneously, it works with female workers to upskill them and give them the tools to do justice to both work and family commitments.
LODHA GENIUS PROGRAMME
This fully-funded educational programme is run in partnership with Ashoka University, and helps gifted children (irrespective of income background) reach their highest potential by providing them access to advanced resources, mentorship, and personalised support. Eminent academics including Nobel laureates, as well as professors from leading international and Indian institutions provide guest lectures & guidance to our students. Our vision is to significantly increase the proportion of Indians who will reach their full potential as changemakers, leaders and philanthropists by nurturing and inspiring the nation's brightest young minds and instilling in them the spirit of giving back to the nation and society.
